Vertical Lift Parking System: Fully Automatic Tower-Style Parking Solution from China Suppliers and Factory
Vertical lifting parking equipment (commonly known as "tower parking"): Vehicles or car-carrying pallets are lifted to the designated floor by the lifting unit, then moved into the parking space via the traversal mechanism on the unit. For retrieval, the reverse applies — the traversal mechanism sends vehicles or car-carrying pallets from the parking space to the lifting unit, which lowers to the entrance/exit. The driver retrieves the vehicle once the garage opens.
How It Works
1
Vehicle Entry
The driver pulls into the entrance and places the vehicle onto the car-carrying pallet at ground level.
2
Lifting & Traversal
The lifting unit raises the vehicle to the designated floor. The traversal mechanism then moves it into the assigned parking space.
3
Vehicle Retrieval
The traversal mechanism returns the vehicle to the lifting unit, which descends to the exit. The garage opens and the driver retrieves the vehicle.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q
What is vertical lifting parking equipment?
Vertical lifting parking equipment, commonly known as "tower parking," is an automated system that uses a lifting unit to raise vehicles or car-carrying pallets to designated floors and a traversal mechanism to move them into individual parking spaces.
Q
How does the vehicle get parked in the system?
Once the vehicle is placed on the car-carrying pallet at the entry level, the lifting unit raises it to the designated floor. The traversal mechanism then slides the vehicle horizontally into the assigned parking space.
Q
How does vehicle retrieval work?
The process is reversed: the traversal mechanism moves the vehicle from the parking space back onto the lifting unit, which then descends to the entrance/exit level. The garage door opens and the driver can retrieve the vehicle.
Q
What is the role of the traversal mechanism?
The traversal mechanism is responsible for the horizontal movement of vehicles or car-carrying pallets between the lifting unit and the parking space. It works in both directions — during parking and retrieval.
Q
Is vertical lifting parking equipment suitable for high-density urban areas?
Yes. Vertical lifting parking systems are designed to maximize parking capacity within a compact footprint, making them ideal for high-density urban environments where ground space is limited.
Q
Does the driver need to operate any machinery during parking or retrieval?
No. The driver simply drives the vehicle to the entrance/exit point. All lifting and traversal operations are handled automatically by the system. The driver only retrieves the vehicle after the garage door opens at the exit level.
