Peru Pit Parking Project: Efficient Space Utilization with Customized Stereo Parking Solutions

In response to the Peruvian client’s need to build a parking lot on a pit-shaped plot measuring 30m in length × 25m in width × 35m in depth, we have advanced end-to-end project services with the core concept of "precise matching + efficient implementation".

After fully grasping the client’s core needs, we immediately collaborated with our technical team to connect on project details. Through multiple rounds of in-depth communication, we identified scenario-specific pain points and initially formulated a high-efficiency parking solution that aligns with the characteristics of the pit space. Considering the uniqueness of cross-language communication, we patiently synchronized technical details, addressed inquiries, and optimized the solution twice based on client feedback. The final outcome is a 14-story large-carriage stereo parking garage — which achieves 648 parking spaces within the limited pit area, significantly increasing space utilization and gaining high recognition from the client.

Currently, the project has entered the phase of negotiating installation details. Moving forward, we will continue to provide professional services to ensure the implementation of the solution, helping the client address the issue of parking space shortage.
