Maihaisheng Intelligent Parking System Supports Expansion and Upgrades at Tbilisi's Radisson Blu Hotel and Telegraph Hote

Recently, Maihaisheng Multi-storey Car Park Group held business negotiations with Silk Hotel Group to provide customised intelligent multi-storey parking solutions for the Radisson Blu Hotel and Telegraph Hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia. The vertical parking project, originally scheduled to commence in February, has been postponed to a new construction cycle due to adjustments in the hotel group's overall strategic planning. This change stems from a major expansion initiative launched by Silk Hotels Group: the construction of a cross-street bridge connecting the Radisson Blu Hotel and Telegraph Hotel. This development aims to further enhance the interconnectedness and service capabilities of these two premium establishments.

As core hotel assets under Silk Road Group JSC, the Radisson Blu and Telegraph hotels have long served as key landmarks for business hospitality and premium travel in Tbilisi. This expansion involves not only the physical connection of spaces but also the comprehensive integration of back-end services including parking, security, and logistics. Leveraging its globally leading expertise in large-scale vehicle multi-storey car parks, Maihaisheng Multi-Storey Car Park Group has undertaken the design of the intelligent parking system for this project. It will provide both hotels with high-capacity intelligent multi-storey parking facilities suitable for SUVs, luxury limousines, and minibuses.

Addressing the challenges of limited space, high turnover rates, and diverse vehicle types in hotel parking scenarios, the Maihaisheng design team conducted multiple on-site surveys in Tbilisi. Integrating the hotel's architectural structure, they developed a bespoke vertical lift parking solution that balances aesthetics with efficiency. This solution significantly surpasses conventional flat car parks in terms of parking density. Furthermore, through a fully automated dispatch system, it reduces the average vehicle retrieval time to under 120 seconds, substantially enhancing the guest experience.

Although the project commencement date has been postponed due to bridge construction works, both Maihaisheng and Silk Hotel Group have indicated they will utilise this window period to further refine the design scheme, ensuring seamless integration of the parking system with the two future buildings.

This collaboration marks another significant milestone for Maihaisheng in Europe's high-density urban renewal projects. As Tbilisi's twin hotels connect via an aerial bridge, Maihaisheng's intelligent multi-storey car park will serve as an invisible hub linking these two landmarks, injecting fresh momentum into Georgia's tourism industry upgrade.
